Product Description

A universal GSM detector for standalone installations. The GSM detector are connected to a potential-free alarm contact of a water detector or active water sensor. The GSM detector also works without mains power and transmits via the GSM network when the water detection unit goes into alarm. Power is supplied via the built-in battery or an optional mains power supply, which also reports power failures.

Applications

Water detection system 12 Volt

You can combine this GSM detector with active sensors. An additional sensor (in the same or another room) can be connected to the second input. Active water sensors have a voltage-free alarm contact (NO and/or NC), which can go directly to the GSM detector. Tip: with 1 or more 12 Volt water detectors you make a detection system with common power supply (mains adapter) and one SMS alarm signal.

SMS notification to 5 telephone numbers

The GSM detector sends an SMS and/or call. You can set 1 to 5 different numbers for this purpose. As soon as someone acknowledges the alarm call, the remaining persons no longer receive an alarm. You can determine the call sequence yourself, and change it if necessary.

Reporting mains power failure

The GSM detector works for more than a year on a set of batteries. It automatically sends an SMS when they are low. Tip: When using an external power supply (12 Vdc from battery or mains adapter) it also reports 'power failure'. This is often a first indication that something is going on at the location.

GSM detector with intelligent functions

This compact universal alarm detector offers numerous possibilities, such as choice of SMS and/or call, automatic switch-on and switch-off times, free alarm texts per input, alarm delays, test messages, etc. Batteries are included. With a 2G SIM card (also prepaid) you can deploy it completely standalone. Tip: try the sim card in your cell phone first, to check if there is good coverage at the selected location. (Option: for the Mobeye Internet Portal you need to activate the standard enclosed 4G sim card, to take out a subscription for access to extra functions, such as online programming and monitoring of test alarms).
