Smart GSM water detector for standalone use. Notifies via the GSM network when it detects water. The GSM alarm detector works wherever there is no mains power, thanks to its built-in long-life battery. Also available with mains adapter as an option. The electronic water sensor is connected to the GSM communicator via a cable with a plug-in connector.
Applications
Note: You cannot connect other or additional sensors to this GSM water detector. For this we recommend the universal GSM detector. Option: extended sensor cables
This GSM water detector is available with extension cables of 5 or 10 m, equipped with gold-plated connectors; see photo. (The maximum length for the sensor cable is 30 m)
SMS alarm to 5 phone numbers
The GSM detector sends an SMS and/or a call. For this, you can set as many as 5 different phone numbers, in the order you want. Once someone 'confirms' the alarm call, the remaining people are no longer called.
GSM water detector | net monitoring
The GSM detector runs for over a year on a set of batteries and automatically sends an SMS when they are low.
When using the external 12 Vdc power supply (option), it also reports "power failure. The loss of mains power is usually an indication that there is a problem.
Handy intelligent functions
This compact universal alarm detector has several features, such as choice of SMS and/or call, automatic on and off times, free alarm texts per input, alarm delays, test notifications, etc. Batteries are included.
Subscription or prepaid card
With a regular SIM card (subscription or prepaid) you can deploy the GSM Water Detector completely standalone. You need to purchase this yourself.
(Option: for the Mobeye Internet Portal you must activate the enclosed SIM card to take out a subscription for access to extra functions, such as online programming and monitoring of test alarms)
